Merry Christmas to all!

Merry Christmas everyone! Our family celebrated Christmas in July with the arrival of Miss Elizabeth into our household. The holiday season has been so fun and blessed beyond our dreams.

To our family and friends we would like to thank you for all the support and love you have given us over the last 4 years as we embarked on the journey to our girl. And now you get to be part of our first holiday season as a family-how special!

To our travel mates-we are so thankful to have met each and every one of you and are so glad you are part of our lives now. Our girls are all precious gifts and we look forward to watching each of them grow over the years and catching up at reunions (in the near future, I hope!)

To Elizabeth-you are so very precious and Daddy and I love you very, very much. God brought you to us and we are so proud to call you our own! There is just not much more to say other than we love you very much Santa baby!

Meeting Santa Claus-Part 2

This weekend we went to the local zoo and Elizabeth had the opportunity to meet Santa Claus. We started with a brunch that Elizabeth, both sets of grandparents and Patrick and myself were able to attend. Elizabeth loved every minute of it!! The Christmas music was playing, she was swinging her arms and clapping her hands, and she ate like a horse. Then we got to have our picture made with Santa! This is her first impression of Santa. I will post the other pic later where she is clapping her hands after she figured out he was pretty cool.

We had a blast and are LOVING our first holiday season with our girl. What a precious gift! No other presents are needed this year, just the fact that Elizabeth resides in our house is gift enough!

Thursday, Thanksgiving Day November 26th and Happy Birthday to Patrick

I want to wish my husband and Elizabeth's dad a very happy birthday! He gets to share it with Thanksgiving day this year. And we both say we have a lot to be thankful for this year. Happy Birthday Babe-I love you...........................

I am thankful for my family.

My family is a blessing in alot of ways. The provide unconditional love, support, words of wisdom, and just generally support what I do in my life. Many people in this world have no one or are estranged from their families. I am fortunate and blessed to have a great family.
